Anxiety Attacks - Time to Get Help?



Anxiety attacks are intensely frightening episodes where a person is rendered helpless momentarily. These spells can last anywhere from a few short seconds to several minutes and they may keep occurring repeatedly over the course of a day and even while a person is trying to sleep.
